In Resonance
A 12-Week Relational Intelligence Cohort

The way you relate shapes the way you experience your entire life.

The way you relate is not random. It is organised.Organised by early attachment, nervous system imprinting, and learned communication patterns.Once you understand the organisation, you can expand it.Relating is not one compartment of your life.It shapes how safe you feel, how clearly you speak, how much you over-function, withdraw, pursue, placate, or shut down.It influences your work.
Your parenting.
Your intimate partnerships.
Your sense of agency.
If you are intelligent, self-aware, and still caught in familiar relational dynamics — this is not a personal failure. It is capacity under pressure. And capacity can grow.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if:You understand attachment theory, but still lose range in conflict. You can name your Communication Style, yet it overtakes you when you’re activated. You oscillate between over-functioning and pulling away. You keep encountering the same dynamic in different people. You are ready to move beyond insight and into integration. You don’t need more language. You need more internal range.

WHAT THIS IS

In Resonance is a 12-week guided cohort (maximum 8 participants). We work directly with:Your Relational BlueprintYour nervous system under stressWhat happens when patterns collideCommunication under pressureEmotional capacity expansionBoundaries without self-abandonmentThis is applied work.Every framework is integrated into your real life; partner, co-parent, family, colleagues, leadership.Because insight alone does not change how your body responds in the moment that matters.**There is a structured school holiday break built into the schedule.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Most programs focus on emotional intelligence. In Resonance develops Relational Intelligence. That means:Recognising the blueprint shaping youRecognising the blueprint shaping othersUnderstanding how patterns amplify or destabilise each otherExpanding nervous system capacity in real timeCompatibility influences attraction.Capacity determines sustainability. You do not become someone new.You become more resourced inside yourself.

WHAT CHANGES

Over 12 weeks, participants often experience:Reduced reactivity in moments that used to escalateClearer communication without collapse or aggressionBoundaries that feel steady rather than brittleLess relational anxietyGreater steadiness in work, parenting, and partnershipNot because life becomes simpler.Because you become more internally organised and less governed by old pattern.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

This is not therapy.
This is not crisis support.
This is not about fixing someone else.
It is structured relational development for adults willing to examine and expand their own pattern.

FORMAT

In Resonance is a contained, structured cohort. The container is deliberate.Relational patterns shift in interaction, not in isolation. Each participant begins with a private 1:1 lead-in session to map their Relational Blueprint and clarify their focus for the cohort. From there, we meet weekly for 90-minute live facilitated sessions that include:Progressive framework integration (this is structured, not ad-hoc discussion)Real-time “hot seat” workPeer reflection and relational mirrorsApplied communication and nervous system capacity workBetween sessions, integration continues through guided prompts and an ongoing group channel for reflection and application. The cohort closes with a private 1:1 consolidation session to integrate learning and anchor next steps. You are not just receiving insight. You are building range - in real time, in relationship.

Reframe: Belonging

A focused workbook to untangle the beliefs shaping how you fit, perform, and hold yourself in the world.

Belonging is rarely about other people. It’s about the quiet beliefs you formed about who you need to be in order to stay connected.Be easier.
Be less emotional.
Be more useful.
Be more impressive.
Be less visible.
Over time, those adjustments stop feeling like choices. They become identity.Reframe: Belonging is a guided 5-step process to help you examine — and shift — the internal narratives shaping how you show up in relationship and in life.

Who this is for

This workbook is for you if:You feel subtly responsible for maintaining harmony. You over-adapt to avoid tension or rejection. You struggle to know what you genuinely want. You often feel unseen, even in close relationships. You suspect you’ve built belonging on performance rather than safety.

What’s Inside

Reframe: Belonging walks you through a clear, contained process:Identifying your current belonging beliefsExamining where they formedUnderstanding how they protect youEvaluating whether they still serve youRebuilding more grounded internal narrativesEach step includes structured reflection prompts and practical exercises designed to move you from vague awareness to intentional shift. This is not a motivational download. It’s a precision tool for belief recalibration.

Why This Matters

Many of us learned that belonging required adaptation.Over time, adaptation becomes identity. When you begin questioning the beliefs underneath that identity, something stabilising happens:You stop trying to earn your place. You start relating from choice.Reframe: Belonging stands on its own as a short, focused piece of internal work. For some, it creates immediate clarity and relief. For others, it becomes a powerful companion layer alongside deeper relational work in the Relate series.Either way, it begins with examining what you’ve been carrying quietly.
